Seoul F&B began on a very small scale in 2005, yet we have always pursued ambitious dreams. Innovation has always been at the heart of those dreams. Our reason for being is to bring greater happiness to our customers through innovation in manufacturing methods, quality, and production facilities.

Food is essential to a happy life. It does more than provide energy: it shapes our eating habits and deeply affects our overall health. Just as every household has its own touch and flavor, we believe food manufacturing must also embody care and philosophy. Seoul F&B therefore follows three principles to create products with that same thoughtful dedication.

First is our Health First principle. Good and safe ingredients are the foundation of food. From ingredient selection and manufacturing to the final moment our customers enjoy a product, Seoul F&B never compromises on health as its absolute standard.

Second is our Quality First principle. Since our earliest days, we have upheld the motto, ‘The highest quality begins with me,’ and pursued quality innovation every year. Quality management is achieved only when every employee participates in every process. Through detailed manuals and rigorous standards, we continue to pursue the highest quality with craftsmanship and pride that are uniquely ours.

Third is our Neighbors First principle. Our neighbors include our families, colleagues, customers, and everyone sharing this era. We believe that the mindset of those who make food is carried through the product to the customer. We share the value created through our business and continue investing in our employees so they can grow into outstanding professionals.

Seoul F&B aspires to be a Healthy Life Innovator and a wellness company that advances food culture. Beyond fresh refrigerated foods, we aim to expand into functional foods offering personalized nutrition for each customer's health and lifestyle, and ultimately into a bio platform. Our challenges and dreams will continue.
